We've been doing some extensive Modern Warfare 3 coverage as information has started to come out about the title. Me? I'm still trying to play catch-up with Black-Ops--and hey, who doesn't like sitting around the living room with a few of their favorite broskis taking down some bots. Woo Woo Woo, You Know It.
All right, enough about me trying to be Broski of the week. Back to Modern Warfare 3. Things are shaping up quite nicely for one of the most anticipated games of the year. I'm just always astounded that Call of Duty ballooned to such success. Not that I ever doubted the series, but if you take a look at the original Call of Duty and look at how things have evolved since then, it is amazing. The series has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of sophistication and popularity. It's hard to gain buzz similar to a Madden release, but somehow Activision has done it--and in some ways surpassed that hype. And of course created some controversy along the way. But in the words of the former WCW President Eric Bischoff, controversy creates cash.
We'll be covering Modern Warfare 3 at E3 2011 this year, so be sure to continue to check back with us as we bring you the latest on MW3 and all the other huge titles that will be showcased at E3. For now, check out these new screenshots below.
