Captain America Star Sebastian Stan Grew Up on Warcraft Games

The actor provides the voice of Bucky Barnes in Sega’s new video game

Captain America is everywhere today. After invading Comic-Con 2011 in San Diego with a world premiere showing to fan boys, the 3D movie has moved on to the rest of the planet. One of the film’s main stars, Sebastian Stan ("Gossip Girl"), is starring in both the big screen First Avenger movie and Sega’s Captain America: Super Soldier game as Bucky Barnes. In both the film and the game, Barnes helps Steve Rogers (played by Chris Evans) take out the Red Skull’s bad guys. Stan talks about his first video game experience in this exclusive video interview.

 

Captain America, directed by Joe Johnston, from a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving). One of a continuing slate of films being produced by Marvel Studios based on the Marvel characters, Captain America joins Thor which was released on May 6, 2011 and Marvel’s The Avengers which is coming to theaters on May 4, 2012.
