Mobile Bliss HD Game Helps Fight Breast Cancer

Developer Mobile Deluxe donates money for high scores in the iPad, iPhone and mobile game
In an effort to start conversation and contribute to breast cancer awareness, casual gaming company, Mobile Deluxe, has launched an HD version of its popular philanthropic game Bliss for the iPad and iPhone. Bliss HD allows players to earn in-game points which help Mobile Deluxe reach their goal of donating $10,000 to the Beautiful Day Foundation for breast cancer awareness and education.

Bliss HD takes players through a series of serene puzzles which are fun and relaxing, giving players a unique opportunity to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. Hours of captivating fun with this scintillating shape and color matching, high definition puzzle allow iPad and iPhone users the chance to enjoy Zen-inspired levels with infinite board combinations featuring stylish designs, cool music and mesmerizing gameplay.

As they advance through the levels, players of Bliss HD strive to earn pink ribbon codes, helping Mobile Deluxe reach their goal of 50,000 ribbons by the end of December. Codes are then exchanged at www.blissdonation.com and a donation of up to 50 percent of the game’s retail price is made to the Beautiful Day Foundation- a fresh, not-for-profit voice, aiming to raise breast cancer awareness and provide education.

In order to encourage Bliss HD gameplay and drive donations among iPad and iPhone users, Mobile Deluxe will send gamers who reach their third ribbon code a free “Share the Bliss” breast cancer awareness bracelet. By wearing the “Share the Bliss” bracelet Bliss HD lovers are making a visible statement that they actively support breast cancer research.

“Not only is Mobile Deluxe excited to launch Bliss on a whole new, high definition platform for the iPad and iPhone, but we are also proud to be giving back again,” said Kellie Hartwell, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mobile Deluxe. “One out of eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime and since Bliss was created to appeal to women gamers, it makes perfect sense that the game serves as a unique way to contribute to breast cancer awareness and education.”

By logging onto the Bliss HD donation website, gamers are able to track donations, share information about the game’s cause with friends, learn more about the Beautiful Day Foundation, and monitor the amount of ribbons collected. Additionally, the standard version of Bliss is available for Blackberry and other major cell phone providers.
