In a series known for delivering one of the most cinematic experiences in all of interactive entertainment with an emphasis on high quality digital acting, BioWare is aiming to once again set a new bar with Mass Effect 3. The ensemble will see the return of fan favorites, including Martin Sheen as the Illusive Man, Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale as Male and Female Shepard and will introduce Freddie Prinze, Jr. as James Vega, a marine who will help Commander Shepard take Earth back. Seth Green, who reprises his role as Joker, talks about the new game in this exclusive video interview.

Kim Dotcom, the founder and mastermind of the beleaguered file-sharing site Megaupload that was recently shut down by authorities, doesn't just face prison time and substantial fines for his alleged crimes, he has also lost his status as the world’s highest ranked player in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. With millions in the bank and a huge mansion from his illegal file sharing empire, Dotcom apparently had a lot of time on his hands and was playing a lot of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 under the gamertag MEGARACER. Dotcom had earned the top spot in the first-person shooter video game late last year, according to MSNBC. With around 15 million players worldwide and over $1 billion in sales, Modern Warfare 3 is one of the best selling video games of all time.

Another week is upon us and another batch of new content has arrived on Xbox Live. If you were a fan of Rockstar's L.A Noire. Then you will happy to see that all the DLC for the game is at a low price. If you were holding out on getting the DLC for the game then now is your chance. As personal recomendation, I would get the Nicholson Electroplating case and skip out on Reefer Madness.

Last week, Darksiders II was demoed at the Regency Center in San Francisco. The demo showed off what the newest features were, while providing us an awesome taste of the product. Sadly however, I couldn’t get my hands on with the game, but never or less it was an impressive showing. After the demo, I got to talk with the lead designer of the game, Haydn Dalton of Vigil Games and got some insider info on the upcoming sequel.

When Darksiders came out from THQ a couple of years back, it introduced the video game realm to Vigil Studios, a team headed up by creative director (and comic book artist) Joe Madureira.  It also left quite an impact on action gamers, one that was right up there with the God of War games.  Now the team is back at work on the highly anticipated sequel, and this time around, a different horseman is stepping up on a quest of his own.

Lets face it, your have probably played at least one third person shooter this console generation. Minus the story, they have all similar game-styles with little differences in between. With the Gears of War franchise retiring last September, the third person shooter genre is looking for someone to take reins and lead the genre into the next generation. After spending two hours with the game, I came away relativity surprised on what Saber Interactive was bring and how Inversion could be one of the biggest surprise hits of 2012.

Think that Capcom isn't ready for zombie madness in 2012?  Think again. It’s set to assault its audience with not only the new Resident Evil Retribution film, but also THREE Resident Evil games.  Operation Raccoon City and Revelations (demo available now in the eShop) will be out this spring, but perhaps the big title that you'll want to check out for sure is Resident Evil 6, which has just been confirmed by the company.

Mention “Kinect integration” to a gamer for an upcoming AAA title and you’ll either get one of two things.  Either you’ll have someone who complains that the device will be used to perform poorly captured motions, possibly ruining the way the product is supposed to be played; or you’ll have someone who feels like it’s just a cheap tack-on to an otherwise overwhelming game experience.  Well, Bioware is brushing both of these possible complaints aside, as it showed us how it intends to use Kinect integration for its upcoming space epic, Mass Effect 3.  And it really is a beautiful thing.

You don’t mess with Agent 47.  You may not even know he’s there, but if you’re in his sights, you might as well draw up your will and say goodbye to everything, because chances are you won’t survive.  The master CIA assassin has been doing his damage for the past few years, and this fall, he continues on his suave yet destructive journey of perfect kills with Hitman: Absolution.  Square Enix recently invited us down to its suite during the Consumer Electronics Show to get a better look at the game.

There's no question that 2011 was a big year for the Mortal Kombat franchise, as Netherrealm Games effectively relaunched the franchise and made fighting relevant again, complete with over-the-top fatalities and bonus characters that piqued our interest.  (Freddy Krueger?)  But it looks like 2012 will be just as eventful for the series, as the team has not only announced a new Komplete Edition that's coming to consoles later this spring, but also its debut on the PlayStation Vita.

The Postal Series has been around for awhile now. Starting off with the original Postal game in 1997, it was a gritty, intelligent and funny, which made it one of the most unique IP on the market. Eight years later after Postal 2, the postal series has finally returned to conclude the trilogy. What could have been a great game is instantly turned it into a cosmic mess with no clear direction, outdated controller and horrible game design. Postal III isn’t just the worst downloadable game I have ever played, it is by far the worst game I have ever played.
