The new season of Spartacus: Vengeance, airs tonight on STARZ at with the episode entitled "Fugitives". Returning only 8 weeks after the devastating blood bath at the House of Batiatus, the season picks up with Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) and his rag-tag group of freed slaves and rogue gladiators doing what they can to stay alive. Branded rebels, Spartacus and his gang are hunted by the Roman soldiers and mercenaries. The group is forced to hid in the outskirts of Capua, getting food, money, supplies, and weapons however they can (generally, their plans include a lot of blood). 

The Angry Birds have nothing on Happy Feet’s penguins. Teija Vesterback, wife of Rovio executive Peter Vesterback, wore a formal Angry Birds gown to The Castle Ball at the Finnish Presidential Palace. With Angry Birds clothing being sold in stores around the world, could Rovio be getting into the formal clothing game? Unlike Bjork’s bird get-up a few years ago, this Angry Birds gown actually looks nice. Perhaps Peter was just making sure his company’s famous videogame stars got noticed on national TV because he wasn’t able to wear his traditional Angry Birds sweatshirt to the formal event, which was attended by 2,000 guests.

So as if the show wasn't confusing enough as it is (with the parallel universes, alter-characters, non-existant yet still existent Peter, and that magic hole between Over There and Over Here), Fringe fans now have something else to contend with - an alternative timeline created by the disappearance of Peter Bishop from existence. No one remembers him - not his father Walter, not his girlfriend Olivia, nor his once-girlfriend Fauxlivia (who was actually impersonating his then not-girlfriend-but-going-to-be-his-girlfriend, our Olivia). Told you it was confusing. Last night's episode, "One Night in October", helped clear up a few things about the alternative time line, including some personal and technical revelations, but as always thereare still plenty of questions for the rest of the season.

THQ and Volition are celebrating Saints Row: The Third at Comic-Con 2011 in a big way. Some of the top names from the voice cast of the new game, including porn star Sasha Grey and pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, will be on hand to celebrate the new game at a big party as well as at THQ’s booth 5145 on the convention floor. Hulk Hogan talks games in the exclusive video interview below.

LOS ANGELES – Actor David Arquette, who most recently starred in Scream 4 on the big screen, swung by the Los Angeles Convention Center for E3 2011. Arquette talks about his love of video games after checking out Saints Row: The Third at THQ’s booth in this exclusive video interview in 3D below.

Part of a first-of-its-kind transmedia deal, the THQ Inc. and Syfy Original Movie Red Faction: Origins, based on the highly successful Red Faction video game franchise, will premiere on SyfySaturday, June 4, at 9PM , less than a week before the Red Faction Armageddon video game is released.
