Earlier this year, EA Sports in partnership with ESPN and the National Football League held a March Madness style contest to see which football star would grace this years Madden cover. When the votes came down to it, Cleveland Browns Running Back Peyton Hillis beat out a pool of very stiff competition. Earlier this week, the cover of Madden was revealed to the public showing off a grafitti-esque design. EA Sports took over Times Square to shoot the latest cover for their storied Madden series.

The first two weeks of ESPN 3D’s inaugural college football season will open up with telecasts involving three of the top five ranked teams in an ESPN.com early preseason Top 25 poll. Coverage will begin with No. 2 Boise State, entering the season with a 14-game winning streak, against No. 5 Virginia Tech from FedEx Field, home of the Washington Redskins Monday, Sept. 6 at 8 p.m. ET.  The network will telecast approximately 13 college football games this season, concluding with the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game on Monday, January 10 at 8:30 p.m. The people behind these 3D telecasts talk about the technology in this exclusive video interview from the MLB All-Star Game in Anaheim.

TAMPA, Florida – Santana Moss remains one of the most influential athletes in the Miami Hurricanes football program. The current Washington Redskins receiver graduated as the school's all-time leader in receiving yards (2,546), punt return yards (1,196), and all-purpose yards (4,394). The speedy receiver also was named the "Most Outstanding Field Performer" for the 2000 Big East Outdoor Track and Field championships. In 1999, Moss finished the 60-meter dash in 6.83 seconds. Moss was in Tampa for Madden Bowl XV to socialize with other NFL stars and play some Xbox 360 Madden NFL 09. The receiver, who caught the ball for 1,044 yards and had six touchdowns last season, took a timeout from the virtual gridiron to talk about his videogame addiction in this exclusive interview.
