San Diego will be swarming with excited fans as Comic Con once again plays host to the largest gathering of televion shows in the world. Networks from across television, from HBO to ABC, bring their most popular series (and some new ones as well) to the one place where fans can ask actors and creators the important questions- like who's gonna die in Game of Throne (perhaps the easier question is who isn't going to die)and what happens when magic swithes hands on Once Upon Tim. Here's our pick for the top 5 must see television panels of 2012.

It’d be interesting to talk to the executive who green-lit a big $200 million budgeted film “loosely” based on the Hasbro board game Battleship…especially considering it’s bombing something fierce this weekend against the mighty Avengers movie.  (We’re not that surprised – it sucks horribly.)  For that matter, we’re trying to figure out why Activision, of all people, would jump at the chance to make a game based on the movie based on the board game.  No matter – like most movie-licensed fare, it doesn’t really get anywhere.

Sorry Ilithyia fans. It's true.

She's dead. Really dead.

No, seriously. Flashbacks aside, Spartacus writer/creator/executive producer Steven DeKnight confirmed today that fan favorite character, Ilithyia, is in fact "completely dead". So is her baby-snatching, mad, criminally insane cohort, Lucretia.

REYKJAVIK -- Thousands of EVE Online fans have converged on the island nation of Iceland located 65 degrees North of the equator and they were in for a treat as CCP Games revealed a lot more about their upcoming console MMOFPS DUST 514. During the DUST 514 keynote speech, CCP developers showed off a "Shock and Awe" style coordinated orbital bombardment of a DUST battlefield by an EVE player in realtime. CCP also showed off the orbital command center and surface command centers which enable communication between the two games as well as the orbital artillery that lets DUST players retaliate against EVE players in orbit. It was an amazing first look at what CCP is envisioning in its innovative EVE and DUST 514 hybrid gameplay. We talked to DUST 514 Executive Producer Brandon Laurino to get more insight and details about DUST 514 in this exclusive video interview.

It’s been nearly five years since fans last saw Master Chief helm the "Halo" saga, but things have sure changed since then. Bungie, the original creators of the franchise, are no longer working on the game. 343 Industries is now helming the project and is shaping the next generation of "Halo" saga with all the games shifting from the Forerunner saga to the Reclaimer saga.

We're just weeks away from the release of Epic Games' epic conclusion to its third-person action series Gears of War 3, and to commemorate the occasion at GamesCom, the team released a trailer that tells the opening of the story.  It's minorly spoiler-ish...but definitely worth watching.

When it hit theaters in 2009, Black Dynamite became a huge cult hit, as audiences ate up the tribute to blaxploitation films quite handily.  It's since gone on to release on DVD and Blu-Ray, but fans just a bit more Dynamite to go around.  Next year, Cartoon Network's Adult Swim division will debut an all new animated series featuring the unstoppable Dynamite, along with his loyal friends, including Bullhorn and Cream Corn.  But you won't have to wait to check it out...the pilot is online now.

They're coming with cast, crew, sneak peaks, and an Q&A session for fans to get their burning questions answered. With the final list online, here are just some of the shows (in no particular order) we can't wait to see at Comic Con.
