James Cameron’s “Avatar” breaks another milestone as it passes the $2 billion revenue mark globally ending the weekend at $2.039 billion, according to Box Office. The 3D sci-fi epic earned $30 million over the weekend as its domestic total box office reached $594.5 million, according to studio estimates Sunday. The 20th Century Fox film should break another milestone as early as Monday as “Avatar” is just $6 million behind the domestic box office record set by Cameron's own "Titanic". "Titanic" brought in $600.8 million at the U.S. box office during its run in 1998.
